I am a 3 year old male German Shepherd
Currently in Burnley, Lancashire.

Meet Rusty a 3 year old male, who was rehomed by us aged 8 months old. Sadly he needs a new home as he isn't getting along with the resident male dog.

Rusty is neutered, microchipped, but cannot be vaccinated due to bad allergic reaction to them.
Rusty dislikes cats with a passion.
We will not rehome Rusty with children.
When visitors arrive Rusty is put in another room. If he is to be introduced to them he wears a muzzle and intros are done carefully and calmly. Once he has met you a couple of times, he relaxes and is a very loving, waggy tailed boy. He just needs to trust you , and do things at his own pace.
When out on walks Rusty is again muzzled, he usually ignores other dogs, unless they are bouncy in your face type dogs, or they invade his personal space.

He hasn't been allowed off lead, but is walked and exercised on a long line.

Although Rusty has lived with another male GSD since being rehomed by us, the fighting has become worse & is now impossible to predict or manage.

Rusty loves to play, he loves balls, and loves tug games, he does still mouth when excited, so new owners must teach him to stop this.

Rusty sleeps in his crate downstairs, is housetrained and travels ok in the car. He knows several commands, and would benefit a confident, experienced owner who can read his body language and act accordingly.

This boy is still young & with the right environment he will flourish.

Currently in Burnley area, Lancashire.
